Power Generation Project

SiFi’s objective was to design, supply, and install an Energy Transfer System (ETS) to supply heating to large residential buildings from District Energy plants. The scope of work was in a location which allowed for very little flexibility in site logistics. The mob/demob and site deliveries were under very tight time allocations. Mechanical work inside the building was exposed to several adversities including, an ever changing work environment, and the limitations of construction due to Enmax’s client schedule of sub trades.

SiFi was able to work with clients to develop plans for alternative work hours, and alteration of schedule to maintain and deliver target completion date.
